The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to both UB City and Brigade Road, making it easy to access shopping and entertainment options. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff members like Kishore going above and beyond to cater to guests' needs. The dining experience was top-notch, especially the breakfast served in the Market with a delightful array of dishes. However, the location received negative feedback from a guest, which did not align with the overall positive experience.

The hotel is a gem with very comfortable rooms, a prime location, and above all, incredibly courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and beautifully decorated with lovely towel swans and flowers. However, the location seemed almost deserted despite the talent of Arup at the concierge. The service went above and beyond to ensure our stay was most comfortable and enjoyable, especially thanks to the warm and welcoming staff like Alvin and Muskan Agarwal.
